We had the best time in San Diego! We loved the Bahia resort hotel stayed at! Would highly recommend Staci with Dream Vacations!! Booking was easy and she was very knowledgeable about everything we needed.

Staci did a great job planning our Florida trip with some friends. She handled both the seaside and Disney accommodations and went the extra mile to help us understand how to navigate the Disney parks and restaurants. She even got up early for us and on the first day you could get Disney restaurant reservations, so we did not have too. We had a great time, and everything went as planned. Staci is the bomb!!!

I cannot believe how easy it was to take this trip. We have had such a busy schedule and have not had any time to sit down and plan anything. We called Staci, just to ask for a few places to start and by the end of the week we had our trip booked, the plans were laid out and everything was in one place. HOW IT WORKS

  • This call, email or text is your opportunity to share with us your travel dreams and expectations. We will discuss the specifics of your trip including where you want to go, who you will be traveling with and what you are hoping to experience. We take this information and begin designing your custom proposal.

  • This is the fun part for us! We take everything we learned from our chat and get to work designing your custom proposal using our knowledge, experiences, and vast resources. We geek out over all the details to provide you a worry-free trip. Flights, hotels, cruises, experiences, transfers and more…we’ve got it covered.

  • Once the itinerary meets your approval, we will collect the information we need to book your trip and begin the booking process. Each trip is different, but we typically book your flights, cruises, and hotels first to ensure the best rates and availability. The timing of your trip will determine when we book other components of your trip like tours, experiences, ferries, and trains.

    For most trips, the booking portion of the trip is complete at least 30 days before you travel.

  • Your whole trip in one place!! Our clients seem to all agree that one of the best perks for working with us is the access we give you to your itinerary through an app called Travel Planner.

    • Your flight details are synced with the airlines and are updated in real time when changes occur.

    • Your hotel details, address, phone number, and confirmations are included.

    • Your tour details, meetup instructions, and vouchers are also attached.

    You will find each and every detail of your trip conveniently in this app, and you need not worry about sifting through dozens of emails to find your various travel confirmations. We also understand that sometimes technology fails us so we send a comprehensive pdf version of your trip as well.

  • In the weeks and months leading up to your trip, we'll stay in contact with you and keep you posted on any new trip developments such as time changes or new requirements by the countries you will be visiting. We will be available to help you with the fun parts like packing and shopping.  We are here to answer any questions you have about things such as currency exchange and power adapters and all the other last-minute questions that arise when you are getting ready to depart.

  • Off you go! We' will stay in contact with you and remain accessible 24/7 during your adventure should you need us for anything at all. In the event of emergencies and large trip changes (flight delays/cancellations, etc) we will be on top of it all. If you need less emergent tips like where to find the best gelato, shoot us a text while you are out and about and often, we can help with that too!

  • After your trip, we can't wait to hear about it! Expect a short survey where you can tell us about your experience. We love to see your photos and would love to be able to share them with our future clients as well. If you have any feedback that would help future clients, like you found THE spot for perfect sushi in Tokyo, or you had the privilege of THE best guide in Athens, we would love to hear those fun details too!! Once you’ve had time to recover, give us a call and let’s get the next one planned!!!
